Account and contact information you provide, including your name, company, email, phone, portfolio size and market, when you apply for early access, request a quote, book a demo or contact us.

Operational data from your property management software and connected channels: unit and listing details, availability, prospect inquiries, showing schedules, application materials and lease documents.

Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand usage.

To operate the leasing platform: pricing recommendations, listing creation and publishing, prospect conversations, showing coordination, application processing and lease completion.

To communicate with you about your account, the early access program and product updates you have asked to receive.

To improve the product. Where we use data to improve models or features, we do so under the terms agreed with the operator who controls that data.

When KaliAI handles a conversation on your behalf, we process prospect information as a service provider to you, the operator. You remain responsible for the lawful basis on which that information is collected and used, including screening and tenancy decisions in your jurisdiction.

We share information with service providers who help us run the platform, including hosting, communications, screening and e-signature partners. Their use of it is limited by contract.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

We use access controls, encryption in transit and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights under Canadian or US privacy law.
