Terms of Service

By using the KaliAI website or platform, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Early access is offered at our discretion to a limited number of operators. Early access features may change, break or be withdrawn. Preferential pricing offered to early access partners is confirmed in a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the unit, pricing and policy information you provide, and for compliance with the residential tenancy, fair housing, human rights, privacy and advertising laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

KaliAI produces recommendations and drafts. Leasing, pricing and tenancy decisions remain yours, and the platform gives you the controls to review, intervene or take over at any point.

Do not use the platform to discriminate unlawfully, to send unsolicited bulk messaging outside the leasing context, to reverse engineer the service, or to interfere with its operation or security.

We own the platform and its underlying technology. You own your units, listings, conversations and documents, and can export that data.

The service is provided as-is. KaliAI is not a law firm, brokerage or credit reporting agency, and nothing produced by the platform is legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order or agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
